Rooted in the Latin trado, meaning to deliver or hand over, our work focuses on helping organizations deliver their purpose, even during times of change, complexity, or renewed focus.

Why this matters:
Too often, capable people compensate for unclear systems through personal effort and workarounds. When organizations are thoughtfully designed—with clear operating models, supportive systems, and aligned ways of working—effort turns into progress, execution becomes more sustainable, and work feels calmer and more purposeful.

Our mission is to help organizations deliver on their purpose. We design the systems and ways of working that turn strategy into sustained, everyday execution.
Intentional
At Trado, we are deliberate in how we design, decide, and engage. We slow down enough to understand context, constraints, and trade-offs, and take responsibility for ensuring that every system, process, and structure we put forward has a clear purpose and is grounded in how work actually happens.

Practical
We hold ourselves to a high standard of usefulness. If something can’t be understood, used, and sustained in day-to-day work, we don’t recommend it. We care deeply about whether people can actually use what’s created.
Trust
We build trust by showing up for people. That means being honest, consistent, and dependable—especially when work is complex or uncomfortable. We take confidentiality seriously, communicate clearly, and follow through on our commitments, creating relationships where people feel supported and confident in the work we do together.
Partnership
We listen carefully, collaborate openly, and stay engaged through the work, taking shared responsibility for outcomes that matter.

I’ve spent most of my career working closely with leaders who care deeply about their organizations and the people in them—and who often feel the quiet pressure of holding everything together. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and a natural problem-solver, energized by helping leaders see new possibilities and move ideas into action.
Through Trado, I help leaders step out of the noise, make sense of what’s really going on, and find clear ways forward. My work is shaped by years in people and culture leadership, facilitation, and operating roles, but also by a belief that work can be both effective and deeply human. I care about creating space for honesty, alignment, and momentum—so leaders and teams can do their best work without burning out or losing themselves in the process.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two grown kids, two dogs, and am always trying to carve out time for family, creativity, and the things that bring a bit of joy and perspective.

I chose a path rooted in equity and inclusion long before the language became common in Canadian workplaces. For more than a decade, I worked on the ground in conflict and post-conflict settings across the Middle East and Central Asia, experiences that continue to influence how I approach leadership, systems, and change. Over nearly 25 years and across more than 50 countries, I’ve worked in education, international development, and complex public-sector environments, supporting leaders and teams through moments of growth, tension, and transition.
Today, through my work with Trado, I bring that global experience into thoughtful facilitation—helping groups surface what matters, learn together, and translate insight into practical action.
Alongside my professional work, I’m deeply invested in mentorship and economic empowerment, whether through founding a local social enterprise or serving in community and advisory roles focused on newcomer support and belonging.
Our work is informed by experience across multiple functions and levels within organizations (HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Change Management), allowing us to see how strategy, people, technology, systems, and execution intersect. We have worked closely with leaders navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity, and we understand where good intentions tend to break down—most often at the seams between priorities, decisions, ways of working, and the tools and systems that support them.
This cross-functional lens helps us surface connections that are easy to miss and design solutions that reflect how work actually happens. By paying attention to how decisions ripple, how structures shape behaviour, and how systems and tools are used, we help organizations streamline work, improve visibility, and support more consistent execution.
